Gristleizer from E.A.R. kit for MountainDaffodil

Build from a kit MountainDaffodil on OSG bought but was apprehensive to assemble.  Took quite awhile to get this one right for a variety of reasons.  For anyone out there building the EAR kit set the offset voltage by using IC3 pin 3 as the ground point and pin 6 as the offset voltage.
